Stacy has 12 years as a NYC ECITS Certified Personal Trainer. She worked at the New York Health and Racquet Club in mid-town Manhattan for 6 years, where she developed and built a loyal clientele.
Stacy currently holds certifications in:
• Functional Body Weight Training
• Sport Specific Exercise
• Boxing and Kick boxing.

Stacy has education and experience with pre-natal and post-pregnancy therapeutic exercise. She helps moms improve their health and physical appearance. She has proved that when expecting mothers incorporate exercise before delivery, they will have fewer baby-fat pounds. This weight is easier to lose and moms are more likely to maintain a normal body weight after delivery.
Being a mother herself, she understands that establishing good habits and discipline now will make a more positive role model as the child grows. Her energetic and creative approach makes every session fun and effective.
