With her years of training and certification, and experience with prenatal and post-pregnancy therapeutic exercises, combined with having a career and being a mom, Stacy is very qualified to guide, encourage and train others with their unique challenges and busy schedules.
She has helped many expectant mothers to maintain a healthy lifestyle, eating and exercise routines included, so that after pregnancy the weight is easier to lose and the moms return quickly to a normal body weight after delivery.
As a mother, she also understands that establishing good habits and maintaining a disciplined life will go far in being a good role model as children grow and develop. Her staff of coaches and trainers also work toward this goal in their personal lives, as well as when working with children, realizing that many times young children look up to those who teach them.
